Terms of service

The service

We provide an online system for managing a travel agency. We keep improving it and may change features, always giving notice before removing anything you rely on.

Your account

• You are responsible for the people you invite and the permissions you give them
• Keep your sign-in details safe and turn on two-step sign-in
• Use the service lawfully and only for your agency's business

Your data

Your agency owns its data. You can export it at any time. When an account is closed we keep the data for 30 days so it can be restored, then delete it.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed in advance for each month or year. The free trial needs no card and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and back it up regularly. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last twelve months.
