Follow the agency from your phone

Add the owner's summary to your phone's home screen and check money, trips at risk and decisions in a minute each morning.

How toUpdated

Use Owner's phone when you want to know how the agency is doing before you reach the office, without a computer.

Before you start

  • You need permission to see the dashboard.
  • To see Money in this week and Owed to us, your role must also see payments, profit or reports. To see Waiting for you, it must see quotations.

Steps

  1. On your phone, sign in and open Owner's phone from the menu (under Today).
  2. Add the page to your phone's home screen from the browser menu: Add to Home Screen on an iPhone (the share button in Safari), Add to home screen in Chrome on Android. Next time, open it from its icon.
  3. If your agency has more than one branch, choose the branch in the top bar. Choose the currency in the currency box if you want the money in another currency.
  4. Press Money in this week, Owed to us, Trips at risk or Missing documents to see the detail under the tiles.
  5. Press a line in the detail to open it: a booking that owes money, a trip below its minimum, or a document type (it opens Documents).
  6. Check Leaving this week and Team activity.
  7. Under Waiting for you, press a quotation the customer accepted to open it and turn it into a booking.
  8. On the second phone, press a notification (Payment received, Customer said yes, Payment overdue …) to open what it is about.

After you check it

  • Nothing changes when you look: the page only reads the agency's data. It refreshes by itself every two minutes.
  • When you act on something (a booking, a trip, a quotation), the summary shows the change at its next refresh.

If something goes wrong

  • The owner view could not be loaded: check the phone's connection, then press Try again.
  • Money in this week and Owed to us are missing: your role does not show money figures. Ask the agency owner.
  • The numbers differ from a colleague's: you may be looking at a different branch or currency. See Dashboard questions.
