Language, dark mode and menu layout
Switch between Arabic and English, light and dark, and a full or slim menu. Each person chooses for themselves; customers get their own language.
Each person in the agency works in the language and look they prefer. Your choice follows you to any computer or phone you sign in on, and it does not change what your colleagues or customers see.
Language
Press ع in the top bar to switch to Arabic, or EN on the Arabic screen to switch back to English. The whole screen turns at once: Arabic reads from right to left, with the menu on the right.
- Your choice is saved to your account. You can also change it in My account and security under Language.
- Records keep both languages where they have them. A customer, a trip or an offer can have an English and an Arabic name, and you see the one that matches your screen.
- Numbers stay in Western digits (0–9) in both languages.
The agency's language (Default language in Settings → Agency and brand, or Main language of the agency in the setup wizard) is the starting language for new colleagues and new customers.
What customers receive is separate. Each customer has their own language (Messages in on the customer). Their confirmations, receipts, reminders and quotations go out in that language, whatever language you work in.
Light or dark
Press the moon (or the sun) in the top bar, Light or dark, to switch between the light and the dark look. The choice is saved to your account; you can also pick Light or Dark under Theme in My account and security.
The menu
- On a computer, press Collapse the menu at the bottom of the menu to keep only the icons and give the screen more room. Press Expand the menu to bring the names back. This choice is kept in this browser only.
- On a phone or a narrow window, the menu is hidden. Press Menu at the top to open it; it closes by itself when you pick a screen.
Tip
When the menu shows only icons, hold the mouse over an icon to see the screen's name.
