Switch the branch you are viewing
Narrow bookings, trips, payments, invoices, reports and the dashboard to one branch, or see all branches together.
When your agency has more than one branch, you can look at one branch at a time, for example to see only the Riyadh office's bookings and payments, then come back to all branches.
Before you start
- The agency has at least two active branches (Settings → Branches).
- You can see more than one branch. By default the owner, manager and finance roles can: they have the permission See and work in every branch. Other people see only their own branch, so the branch button does not appear for them.
Steps
- In the top bar, press the branch button (its tip says Branch shown). It shows the branch you are viewing, or All branches.
- Choose a branch from the list. Each branch shows its short code (or country) and its currency. Choose All branches to see everything again.
After you switch
- The screen reloads at once. Bookings, trips, payments, invoices, reports and the dashboard show only the branch you chose.
- The money on the dashboard and in reports follows that branch.
- The alerts follow it too: on the dashboard, on the bell and in the Dashboard badge of the menu.
- Your choice is remembered in this browser, also after you sign out and back in. If the branch is later removed, or you are no longer allowed to see it, the system goes back to All branches.
Note
The branch button only changes what you see. It does not move any booking or trip to another branch, and your colleagues keep their own choice.
