Accept an invitation to the team

Do this once, when you receive the invitation email (or the link from a colleague on WhatsApp).

Steps

1. Open the invitation link. The page Join … shows your agency's name and the email you were invited with.
2. Check Your name.
3. Choose a Password of at least 8 characters.
4. Press Join the team.

After you join

• Your account is active and you are signed in. The Dashboard opens, or the first screen your role allows.
• From now on you sign in with the invited email and this password.
• If your agency requires two-step sign-in, the setup opens before anything else: When you must set up two-step sign-in first.
• What you see in the menu depends on the role your colleague gave you.

If something goes wrong

• This invitation has expired. Ask for a new one.: the link is older than 7 days, was cancelled or already used. Ask the person who invited you to send the invitation again.
• Use at least 8 characters: choose a longer password.
• The link was used already by you: go to the sign-in page and sign in with your email and the password you chose.
