Sign in
Sign in with your email and password, and the code from your phone when two-step sign-in is on.
Sign in at the start of the day, or when the system tells you Your session has ended. Please sign in again.
Before you start
You need an active account: either you created the agency, or a colleague invited you and you accepted the invitation (Accept an invitation to the team).
Steps
- Open the sign-in page. Your email is filled in when you signed in on this browser before.
- Type your Email and Password.
- Press Sign in (or
Enter). - If two-step sign-in is on, type the six-digit code from your authenticator app. See Type your two-step sign-in code.
After you sign in
- The page you were trying to open appears, or the Dashboard. Platform admins without an agency go to the platform admin.
- The screens use the language and theme saved in your account.
- Your session lasts 14 days on this device, unless you sign out or your password changes.
- If your agency or the platform requires two-step sign-in and you have not set it up yet, you see the setup first: When you must set up two-step sign-in first.
