Choose an option in your quotation

Open the quotation the agency sent you, compare the options, choose the one you want or decline, and ask questions.

The agency sends you a quotation link with one or more priced options. You choose online, and the agency books it for you.

What you see

  • "Hello Ahmed, here are your options", a status chip ("Valid for 5 more days", Valid until today, Accepted, Declined or Expired), and a line such as "… prepared 3 options for Istanbul. Pick the one you like and we will hold it for you."
  • The travellers, dates, nights, destination and "Valid until …".
  • One card per option (Option A, B …): the airline, the title, the hotel with its stars and area, what is included, the price per person and "Total for 4". Best price marks the cheapest.
  • Day by day, when the quotation is for one of the agency's trips, and the agency's notes.

Choose an option

  1. Compare the options, then tap Choose this option on the one you want.
  2. The window "Choose option B?" shows the option and its total: "The agency confirms availability and sends you the payment details."
  3. Optional: write in Anything we should know? (optional) (Room preferences, names, questions…).
  4. Tap Yes, choose it.

The card flips to "Option B is yours" and Your choice: "We received your choice and will confirm your booking shortly." The agency confirms the booking and sends you the payment details.

Decline

Tap No thanks, optionally write the Reason (optional) (Tell us why if you like, so we can offer something better.), and tap Decline. Keep it closes the window. The page then says you declined; message the agency if you change your mind.

Ask a question

Tap Ask a question to open WhatsApp with the agency, with the quotation number already written.

If something goes wrong

  • This quotation has expired, so prices may have changed. Ask us for an updated one.: tap Ask on WhatsApp.
  • This quotation was already accepted: nothing to do; the agency is handling it.
  • Choose an option: pick an option first.
  • Quotation not found: check the link, or ask the agency to send it again.
  • Could not open the quotation: check your connection, then Try again.
