Your account: common questions
Answers about signing in, changing your mobile, family members, points, language, online bookings and cancelled bookings.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a code sent to your mobile or email. This phone then stays signed in for 30 days.
How do I change my mobile number or email?
Ask the agency in the Chat. Your mobile and email are how you sign in, so only the agency can change them.
Can I cancel or change a booking myself?
Not from your account. Write to the agency in the Chat; they change or cancel it and tell you about any refund.
Why can't I see a trip I booked at the office?
Bookings show in the account linked to the mobile or email the agency has for you. Sign in with that number, or ask the agency.
How do I add my children to a booking?
Save them in Family and travellers with their date of birth, then tick them when you book. For a booking already made, send their names in the Chat.
How do points work?
It depends on your agency. Open Points and credit → How points work. See Points and credit.
I booked online. Is my seat confirmed?
If the trip said Book now, yes: pay the deposit soon so the booking is kept. If it said On request, the agency confirms the seats and the price, then messages you.
Can I stop offer messages?
Yes. Turn off Offers and news in Me. Messages about your bookings still come.
How do I sign out?
Me → Sign out. To sign out a lost phone, use Sign out the others from another device.
