Book a trip online, with a promo code

Before you start

• You are signed in to your account.
• Saving your family first makes booking quicker. See Add your family and their passports.

Steps

1. Tap Book at the bottom and tap a trip (or Book with this offer on an offer).
2. Read the trip: its dates, nights and flight, Confirmed at once or The agency confirms, the seats left, what is included and Day by day.
3. Under Who is travelling, set Adults, Children and Infants. The age needed for each shows under it (for example "12+ years").
4. If there are several prices, choose the Room and price option (the price is per adult).
5. Optional: tick your saved family members under "Choose the 3 travellers (optional, we can add names later)". Choose none, or exactly as many as are travelling.
6. To get a discount, tap an offer of this trip, or type your Promo code and tap Apply. The price shows "Code SPRING10 applied: 10% off".
7. Write anything the agency should know in Anything we should know?.
8. Check the price: each line, the discount and the Total. For trips you book at once, it shows "Deposit to confirm: … (30%), the rest before departure."
9. Tap Book 3 travellers (book at once) or Send the request (the agency confirms).

After you book

• Book at once: the message "Booked! TR-…" appears and the booking opens with the payment window for the deposit. Pay the deposit soon: an unpaid online booking is cancelled after the time the agency allows (often 48 hours), unless you reported a bank transfer.
• On request: Request sent. "We confirm the seats and the price, then message you here and by WhatsApp." Tap Open the chat or My trips; the request shows under Requests.

If something goes wrong

• This promo code is not valid, This offer is not running now, This offer has been fully used, This offer is for another trip, This offer is not available for your account or "This offer needs at least 4 travellers": the code cannot be used for this booking.
• "Only 2 seats are left on this trip" or This trip is full: book fewer travellers, or ask in the chat.
• Add at least one traveller: add an adult or a child.
• Each infant travels with an adult: add adults or remove infants.
• "Choose 3 travellers, or none": tick exactly that many family members, or none.
• "Hussain is too young to travel as child (from 2 years)" or "… is 13: book them as an adult": change the counts so each person's age fits.
• This trip is not open for booking: it may be full or closed. Ask in the chat.
• Online booking is not available right now. Please contact … and they will book this trip for you.: nothing was booked. Contact the agency (for example in the chat) and they book the trip for you.
