Add your family and their passports

Save each person you travel with once. You can then pick them when you book, and the agency has their passport ready.

Steps

1. Open Me → Family and travellers, or the Family tile on Home.
2. Tap Add (or Add a traveller). The sheet Add a traveller opens: As written in the passport.
3. Type the First name and Last name exactly as in the passport, and if you like the Name in Arabic.
4. Choose the Relation (for example spouse or child) and the Gender (Male or Female).
5. Pick the Date of birth. It is Needed to book children and infants.
6. Type the Passport number, the Passport expiry, the Nationality (code) and Issued by (code), for example BHR.
7. Tap Save. The message Traveller saved appears.
8. On the traveller's card, tap Send passport and pick a clear photo or PDF of the passport photo page. The message Passport copy sent. Thank you. appears.

The passport number is stored encrypted. Only the agency can read it. Later, the card shows only the last 4 digits ("Passport •••• 1234"). To change a traveller, tap their card's edit button (Edit traveller). Leave the passport number empty to keep the saved one.

After you save

• The traveller can be ticked when you book a trip.
• The passport copy goes to the agency, and is added to your upcoming bookings for that traveller that need a passport.
• Each card shows Passport copy with the agency or No passport copy sent yet, and Replace to send a new copy.

Passport warnings

If something goes wrong

• You can save up to 30 travellers: edit an existing traveller instead.
• Uploads are turned off: the agency does not take documents here. Send it in the Chat.
• Send a photo or a PDF, or That file is too large. Send one under 15 MB.: pick another file.
