Pay by bank transfer and send the details

If you pay by bank transfer, tell the agency here. The amount counts on your booking once the agency sees it in its account.

Before you start

• You are signed in to your account, and the agency offers bank transfer.
• Have your transfer receipt ready (a photo or a PDF) if the agency asks for it.

Steps

1. Open the booking from My trips and tap Pay.
2. Under How do you want to pay?, choose Bank transfer.
3. If the agency has several ways to pay by transfer, choose one in Paid by.
4. Copy the bank details: the bank, the account name, the IBAN (tap Copy) and the account number. Read the agency's instructions.
5. Make the transfer from your bank. Put your booking number in the transfer reference, as the screen asks ("Mention TR-2026-00001 in the transfer reference.").
6. Back here, type the Amount you sent, the Transfer reference and the date in Paid on (today or earlier).
7. Tap Add the receipt (or Add the receipt (required)) and pick a photo or PDF of the transfer receipt.
8. Tap Send the transfer details.

After you send it

• The message Thank you. We check the transfer and confirm it soon. appears.
• The transfer shows under Transfers you sent as Being checked. Once the agency accepts it, it shows Accepted and the booking's balance goes down. If it shows Not accepted, the agency's note says why, and the agency also sends you a message.
• While a transfer is being checked, a new online booking is not cancelled for being unpaid.

If something goes wrong

• Choose how you paid: choose the transfer method in Paid by.
• Add a photo or PDF of the transfer receipt: this agency needs the receipt.
• Send a photo or a PDF: the file must be a picture (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF) or a PDF.
• The file is empty: pick the file again.
• This booking is cancelled: a cancelled booking cannot be paid. Ask the agency in the Chat.
