Paying online: common questions
Answers about card safety, paying part of the balance, receipts, expired payment links, bank transfers and paying twice.
Is it safe to pay by card here?
Yes. You pay on your bank's or the payment provider's own page. Your card details never reach the agency.
Can I pay only part of the balance?
Yes. On your trip page choose Another amount and type the amount, or type it in Amount in your account. You can pay the rest later.
Where is my receipt?
It shows on the page as soon as you pay (Print receipt), and the agency sends it to you, usually by WhatsApp.
My payment link has expired. What now?
Links you start yourself are open for 24 hours. Open your trip page and tap Pay again, or ask the agency for a new link.
I paid by bank transfer. How does the agency know?
Send the details from your account: see Pay by bank transfer and send the details. The amount counts once the agency sees it in its account.
The page said the bank is still confirming. Should I pay again?
No. Wait, tap Check again after a minute, or come back later. Paying twice can charge you twice.
Why can't I pay a booking?
A cancelled booking cannot be paid, and a fully paid one has nothing left to pay. If the agency does not take online payments, the page shows How to pay or Contact the agency to pay the balance.
