Pay with your points or credit

Use your loyalty points or the credit you have with the agency to pay part or all of a booking, straight from your account.

How toUpdated

If the agency gives loyalty points or keeps credit for you, you can spend them on any booking. The payment counts at once.

Before you start

  • The agency must use points (with a value for each point) or customer credit.
  • Points: you need at least the minimum the agency sets (often 100 points). Credit: it must be in the booking's currency.

Steps

  1. Open the booking from My trips and tap Pay.
  2. Under How do you want to pay?, choose My points (it shows how many you have) or My credit.
  3. For points, move the slider or type the number in Points to use. The hint shows the range and the value of one point ("From 100 to 2,915 · 1 point = 0.0050 BHD"). Check Pays (what they cover) and Points left.
  4. For credit, check Credit available and set the Amount. Used now shows what you spend.
  5. Tap Use 2,000 points or Pay 10.000 BHD from credit (the button shows your numbers).

After you pay

  • The message "Paid … with 2,000 points" or "Paid … from your credit" appears.
  • The booking's balance goes down at once, and the payment shows in Payment history.
  • Your points or credit go down; the movement shows in Points and credit. See Points and credit.

If something goes wrong

  • "Use at least 100 points": use more points, up to the minimum.
  • Points are not used at this agency or Credit is not used at this agency: pay another way.
  • Points have no value set yet: ask the agency, or pay another way.
  • "Not enough points: the balance is …" or "Not enough credit: the balance is …": use less.
  • Enter an amount above zero: the credit amount is empty.
  • This booking is cancelled: a cancelled booking cannot be paid.
