The assistant and chat with support
The round button at the bottom corner: chat with the platform's support team, take a tour of the page you are on, or open its help.
When your plan includes Live chat with support, a round, gently glowing button sits at the bottom corner of every screen: on the right in English, on the left in Arabic. A small red number on it counts support's replies you have not read.
What it opens
- Chat with support: a conversation with the platform's support team. Under it you see how soon they usually reply.
- Show me on this page: the step-by-step tours for the screen you are on.
- Help for this page: the help articles for this screen (the same as the ? button at the top).
Chatting
Type your message and press Enter (Shift + Enter for a new line). You can also send a screenshot or a document with the camera button, when your plan allows files.
- Your messages are on one side in blue, support's on the other side, each with its time and the person's name.
- The ticks under your messages say where each one is:
| Ticks | Meaning |
|---|---|
| One grey tick | Sent. |
| Two grey ticks | Delivered: it reached support's app. |
| Two coloured ticks | Read: someone from support has seen it. |
- Messages are never edited or deleted, and each one, with every reply, is in your audit log.
Limits your plan can set
- Who can chat: everyone, the owner only, or people the owner chooses. When it is chosen people, the owner sees a people button in the chat to pick them, up to the number the plan allows.
- Messages per month: when there is a limit, the chat shows how many are left this month. The count starts again on the 1st.
- Photos and files: whether the camera button is there.
If you cannot chat, the assistant says why, for example Only the owner of your agency can chat with support.
