Run and export a report
Choose the report, the period, the branch and the currency, compare with the period before, and download it to Excel.
Run a report when you need the numbers for a meeting, a month-end or your accountant. Every report downloads to Excel exactly as you see it on the screen.
Before you start
- You need permission to see reports. Downloading needs permission to export reports.
- The Profit report needs permission to see profit; Payables needs permission to see supplier costs and margins.
Steps
- Open Reports and choose the tab, for example Sales.
- Choose the period: This month, Quarter, Year or Custom. For Custom, set From and To.
- If you want the change against the period before, tick Compare with before.
- Choose the currency in Show amounts in.
- If your agency has several branches, choose All branches or one branch in Branch.
- Choose how amounts are converted in Exchange rates: Rate of each day or Today’s rates.
- Press Export to Excel.
After you export
- An Excel file downloads, named after the report, the currency and today's date (for example
sales-report-SAR-2026-10-21.xlsx). - It has the same period, branch, currency and rate choice as the screen, in the language of your screen. In Arabic the workbook reads from right to left.
- It has one sheet for each table of the report, plus By branch and By currency sheets. Money columns show the currency in the heading, for example Sales (SAR).
- Each report adds details that the screen does not show. Receivables and Collections add the original currency and amount; Profit adds the trip status, the seats, where the cost came from and the planned cost; Payables adds the currency, the travellers for per-traveller costs, the amount and what was paid.
Keep a date range for later
- Set a Custom period.
- Open Saved and press Save this range. The message Range saved. Pick it from this menu any time. appears.
- Next time, open Saved and pick the range.
You can keep up to 6 ranges. To remove one, pick it and press Forget this range. The ranges are kept in this browser, for you only.
Note
VAT and Accounting export have their own download buttons: see Use the VAT report for your return and Export the journal to your accounting software. Receivables and Payables ignore the period and always show everything still owed.
If something goes wrong
- Export to Excel is missing: your role does not include exporting reports. Ask the agency owner.
- There is no exchange rate for …. Add it in Settings → Currencies.: the report currency has no rate. Add it in Settings → Currencies, or choose another currency.
- You do not have permission to do this: you tried to download Profit or Payables without the permission to see them.
- A file with only "No data for this period": nothing matched the period and branch. Widen the period.
