Copy a trip to a new date
Repeat a trip on another date in one step: prices, components, documents and the itinerary are copied as a new draft.
Copy a trip when you run the same programme again, for example the December Umrah after the November one.
Before you start
- You need permission to manage trips.
- The copy counts as a new trip for your plan's monthly limit.
Steps
- Open the trip and press More actions (⋮) → Duplicate to a new date.
- Read the note: Prices, components, documents and the itinerary are copied. Bookings and holds are not.
- Pick the New departure date. It cannot be in the past; it starts one week after the original. The hint shows the new return date: the trip keeps the same length.
- Press Create copy.
After you copy
- The copy opens as a Draft with the message Copied as a draft. Check the prices and publish.
- The copy has the same price options, seats, minimum, flights, what is included, required documents and day-by-day plan. The itinerary dates follow the new departure.
- It has no bookings and no held seats, and it gets a fresh checklist from your task templates.
- The original trip's History records the copy.
- Check the prices and flights, then publish it. See Publish, close, reopen or unpublish a trip.
If something goes wrong
- Your … plan allows … new trips a month: you reached the monthly limit of your plan. Upgrade in Settings → Plan and billing.
