Export the passenger manifest
Download the passenger list and rooming list of a trip as an Excel file for the airline and the hotel.
The manifest lists every traveller on a trip with the passport details the airline asks for, and the rooms they sleep in. Every export is logged.
Before you start
- You need permission to export manifests.
- Full passport numbers appear only if your role can see passports. Otherwise they are masked (••••1234).
Steps
- Open the trip and press More actions (⋮) → Export manifest (Excel). You can also open Departures, select the trip and press Excel with passports.
- The message Manifest downloading. Every export is logged. appears and the file downloads.
What the file holds
The file is named after the trip code and departure date, for example BKK-2026-10-21-manifest.xlsx. It has two sheets. Sheet names and headings are in the language of your screen: switch the app to English first
if the airline needs English headings.
- Manifest (Arabic: قائمة الركاب): #, booking, customer, last name, first name, traveller type, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport, passport expiry and phone.
- Rooming list (Arabic: قائمة توزيع الغرف): hotel, check-in, check-out, room, floor, room type, booking and guests.
After you export
The trip's History records "Manifest for … exported" with your name and the time.
Tip
To share a list without passport numbers, use Excel (CSV) on Departures: passport numbers stay masked in that file.
If something goes wrong
- Export manifest (Excel) is missing: your role cannot export manifests. Ask the agency owner.
- Passport numbers show as ••••: your role cannot see passports.
- Trip not found: the trip was deleted, or belongs to a branch you cannot see.
