Send your passport and documents
Send a photo or PDF of a passport or another document the agency needs, straight from your trip page or booking.
Before you start
- The agency must accept documents online. When it does not, you cannot send them from your trip page or from your account. Some documents (tickets, vouchers, often visas) are sent by the agency itself; you cannot send those.
- Have a clear photo or PDF of the passport photo page, under 15 MB.
Steps
- Open your trip page or the booking in your account. If Next step says "Send 2 documents the agency needs", tap Send now: the page scrolls to Travellers and documents.
- Find the traveller and the document marked Needed (or Please send again). Tap Send.
- Pick the photo or PDF. Use Replace to send a new copy of a document already received.
After you send it
- The message Thank you. The agency has your document. appears.
- The document shows Received, and the count "3 of 4 ready" goes up.
- When the agency has checked it, or sent you its own document, it shows Ready.
Send a clear photo or PDF of the passport photo page. Only the agency can see it.
If something goes wrong
- Uploads are turned off: the agency does not take documents online, on the trip page or in your account. Send it in the chat or by WhatsApp.
- Send a photo or a PDF: pick an image or a PDF.
- Choose a file: no file was picked.
- That file is too large. Send one under 15 MB.: take a smaller photo.
- "The agency sends the visa itself. Send a passport or another document it asks for.": this document comes from the agency.
