My online payment did not go through

The card was declined, the page keeps confirming, the link expired or the amount is refused. What each case means and what to do.

Why it happens

Your bank decides whether a card payment goes through. The page waits for the bank's answer before it shows the receipt.

What to do

  1. The payment did not go through: no money was taken. Tap Try again, with the same card or another one. If it keeps failing, call your bank: many cards block online or foreign payments by default.
  2. You cancelled the payment: nothing was charged. Pay whenever you are ready.
  3. The bank is still confirming…: do not pay again. The page checks by itself; then tap Check again after a minute, or come back to the page later.
  4. This link was just paid. Refresh the page.: the payment went through. Refresh to see the receipt.
  5. This payment link has expired or This payment link was cancelled: tap Go to my trip and pay from your trip page, or ask the agency for a new link.
  6. Enter an amount up to the balance: the amount is zero or more than you owe.
  7. This booking is cancelled: a cancelled booking cannot be paid. Contact the agency.
  8. Missing checkout session: start the payment again from your trip page.
  9. Money left your account but the booking still shows a balance? Wait a few minutes and refresh. If it still shows, send the agency the receipt or bank message in the chat.
