Welcome: how the system is organised

A quick tour of the menu, the top bar, search and help, and the five setup steps that get your agency ready.

ConceptUpdated

Everything your agency does lives in one place: from the first enquiry to the trip home. This page shows you where things are, so you can find your way on the first day.

The menu

The menu on the side groups the screens by the work you do:

Group Screens
Today Dashboard, Owner's phone
Sales Leads, Quotations, Bookings
Travel Trips and packages, Hotels and rooms
People Customers, Travellers, Inbox, Offers
Operations Documents, Departures, Tasks
Money Payments, Suppliers and profit
Insights Reports
Setup Settings, Team and roles, Help

You only see the screens your role allows. If a colleague sees a screen you do not, your role does not include it: the agency owner can change that in Team and roles.

On a computer, press Collapse the menu at the bottom of the menu to keep only the icons. On a phone, open the menu with the Menu button at the top.

The top bar

  • Search or jump to (Ctrl K): find a booking, a customer or a trip by name, number or mobile, or jump to any screen.
  • The branch switcher, when your agency has more than one branch: choose which branch you are working in.
  • ع / EN: switch the language. Each person chooses their own language.
  • The moon or sun: switch between the light and dark look.
  • ?: opens the help for the screen you are on. You can also press ? or F1.
  • The bell (Activity): what needs your attention, such as overdue balances or passports that expire too soon.
  • Your initials: your account, two-step sign-in and Sign out.

Setting up the agency

When the agency is new, the menu shows Finish setting up with the step you are on. The setup has five steps, and each can be skipped and finished later in Settings:

  1. Agency: the name in English and Arabic, country, main currency, VAT number and contact details. They appear on invoices, quotations and the customer's trip page.
  2. Brand: your logo, brand colour and the agency's main language.
  3. Import: bring your customers from the Excel or CSV file you use today. Duplicates by mobile or email are merged.
  4. Team: invite your colleagues and give each a role.
  5. Ready: add your first trip and connect WhatsApp, email and payments.

Tip

Start with one real trip and one real booking. Once you have done Create a booking and Record a payment once, most of the daily work follows the same pattern.

Getting help

  • Press ? in the top bar on any screen to see the articles for that screen.
  • Open Help in the menu to search all articles, in Arabic or English, and to browse them by module.
  • Many articles have a Show me button: the screen highlights each step for you, and you do the work as you go.
