What your customers see

For the agency team: the four places your customers see, how they reach them, how they are protected, and the settings that change them.

ConceptUpdated

Your customers never sign in to the staff app. They see four pages, all in your agency's name, logo and colour, in Arabic or English. The articles for travellers in this section describe each page from their side.

Page How the customer gets it Protection What they do there
Trip page The link in the booking confirmation (WhatsApp, text message or email). A one-time code by WhatsApp, text message or email, unless you turn it off; then 30 days on that phone. See flights, plan, hotel and room, documents and payments; pay; send documents. See Your trip page.
Quotation page The link you send with a quotation. The private link. Compare options, choose one or decline, ask on WhatsApp. See Choose an option in your quotation.
Payment page A payment link from you, or one the customer starts on the trip page (open 24 hours). The private link; the card is entered on the gateway's page. Pay by card, or read your transfer instructions. See The secure payment page.
Customer account Your address /c/<your agency>; you can invite customers from their file. A code to the mobile or email you have on file; 30 days on that phone. All trips, payments by card, transfer, points or credit, offers, chat, family and passports, online booking. See Your account home.

What you control

  • Settings → Customer portal and loyalty: Customers can sign in, New customers can sign up, Customers can send documents, the deposit for online bookings, how long unpaid online bookings keep their seats, the trips customers can book, loyalty points and credit.
  • Settings → Preferences: whether the trip page asks for a code, the number of digits of the code, and the channel for online payment receipts.
  • Settings → Connections: WhatsApp, text messages, email and the payment gateway. Without a gateway, the trip page shows your How to pay instructions.
  • Settings → Lists → document types: which documents customers may send themselves.

What reaches you

  • Transfers customers report wait for you to confirm them in Payments.
  • Online requests become leads with a high-priority task; instant online bookings appear in Bookings. See Let customers book a trip online.
  • Chat messages arrive in Inbox. When you reply and the customer is not in their account, the reply also goes by WhatsApp or email.
  • Accepted quotations create a task for the quotation's owner to book it.
